This was very good! I made this for eight people, so two sheet pans and I recommend turning the oven down to 400° instead of 425° if you are using two sheet pans so the Bratwurst does not get so dark. The upper rack Brats were a bit darker, but this added to the flavor. Still, a lower oven is good for 45 minutes. The veggies were awesome! We put some brown spiced mustard over it on the plate.
