Prepared this overnight and heat them up this morning for my kids lunchbox.
I made into mini ones, and at first when I was putting the filling , I was still worried it won’t seal up well. But it did. I applied a small dot cream cheese on the sealing edge to help.

Egg (spinach/onion/garlic powder, salt & pepper), cheese, hash brown & spam)
I made extra to freeze up!
