Overall very good. I followed recommendations of other reviewers and replaced most of the milk with heavy cream. Next time I think I will cut the onions in half.

I only use my grandmothers recipe they usually end up creamy and tasty her recipe calls for carnation whole milk one whole can and then bake in oven as usual nobody dislikes my scalloped potatoes i never have any leftovers lol
