I changed a few things:
- used slightly less chicken than called for
- used breasts instead of thighs
- used extra worcestershire sauce in lieu of balsamic vinegar
- used 1.5 teaspoons of italian seasoning instead of the fresh herbs
-had to use ramen packets instead of regular chicken bullion
- used frozen mixed veggies instead of peas
All of these adjustments were made to accommodate ingredients I already had so I didn’t have to buy extra things. Overall, my stew turned out a 6/10. Not bad, but not amazing.
