← Replies in Lentil and Mushroom Stew over Potato-Parsnip Mash Recipe

So much flavor! I haven't had parsnip in forever and the sauce and mushrooms go wonderfully. I skipped the red wine. Would recommend making more mash than the recipe suggests.
