This recipe was good. I didn't realize there were different saute settings, so next time I will use the normal setting rather than the high setting for saute. I got a lot of burned food on the bottom of the instant pot. I also used coconut aminos, which I think was too salty for my liking. Next time I will use reduced sodium soy sauce or Tamari. In addition, I used honey and a little less in place of the required amount of sugar before starting the recipe, I didn't realize it was 12 pieces of chicken. I took a long time to sear all of the chicken . I used coconut oil because I thought that would be a nice compliment for the flavor profile. The amount of chicken probably equates to about 6 lb of chicken thighs.
I served it with green beans that had tomato sauce and Italian seasonings and Spanish rice.
