I had to convert to UK measurements and I only made half for 1 standard loaf tin. I cooked it fir 35 minutes at 150 Celcius, the 300 F conversion, but it was still wet so needed another 15 minutes at 160 Celcius. Just waiting to taste it as it's cooling and waiting for the family to arrive.
