Only madethe dough (I didn't have peppers on hand to make the pasta). The texture was nice. Had a nice bite and chew to kt with the distinct flavor of semolina.
Next time, make them thinner.
I made the ropes around a finger width (index) and they got wider than my thumb when cooked.
I thought it might be better to make them 2 fingers wide instead of 3. But the 3 fingers one were actually thinner.
