I followed the recipe exactly (at least I thought I did; maybe I only did 3 cups of flour??? but I could have sworn I did 4), and the dough was SO WET. So I kept adding flour... and adding flour... and adding flour until I had added at least an extra cup. At that point I didn't think I should keep messing with the ratios so I stopped and let it proof. And after the first proof it was like a sludge, still. So I stuck it in the fridge overnight to try to further develop the gluten with an extra-long second proof.
Anyway, took it out for the third and final proof. Let it come to room temp, and then I dumped it onto parchment paper prior to putting it into my preheated Dutch Oven. Was hoping to dust it with flour and do some fancy cuts but I realized it was about 10 seconds from oozing all over my countertop so I just chucked it into the Dutch Oven, did the sign of the cross despite not being Catholic, and hoped for the best.
And somehow it turned out delicious. Idk my dudes.
