i always add more seasoning than the recipe requires and i used grape tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, but that's just personal preference stuff
very good! will definitely be making this again, it's the perfect meal prep and makes a TON
but i would love to know how the EFF you're supposed to rinse quinoa without it all floating away :((
EDIT: i forgot to say that i would've added more lime juice! i was lazy, so i used 6 tbsp lime juice as opposed to juicing 2 limes
