I used Kalamata olives instead of black and watched some youtube videos to help with shaping the cavatelli. Also, only made a half portion of pasta and whole amount of sauce which turned out about right for 2 people with some leftovers. I would probably double the sauce if making the full amount of pasta. Took about 2 hours start to finish because of juggling the different tasks but turned out really nice. Worth the effort for a special occasion. Meant to add chili flakes but forgot, maybe next time
