This cake is INCREDIBLE!!!! I halved the recipe, used gluten free flour and I baked it in an 8 x8 brownie tin because I didn't have a round cake pan. I left it in an extra 10 minutes for a total of 45 min because the toothpick was not coming out clean in the middle. Not sure if that was due to the GF flour or the size of the tin. But anyways, it was SOOOO FREAKING GOOD, mom and husband both confirmed! I used store bought frosting because I'm lazy but I'm sure it would be even more incredible with homemade frosting. 100% you need to make this - so so so much better than box cake with all those nasty ingredients they sneak in there. This is the real deal!
