Made this with my Instant Pot.
Cooked celery, onion, carrot on medium saute.
Add garlic, saute.
Add seasoning, chicken and cover with broth (1-32 oz).
Set pressure High 6 minutes
NPR 10 minutes.
Remove chicken, cut or shred.
Cook rice separate and add to individual bowls.
Serve with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top.
