Really tasty. I did some modifications to make it healthier and taste better. I replaced the flour for some oat flour (which didn’t changed the taste at all and transformed it in a great pre workout or snack) and changed the applesauce and sugar for some maple syrup which gave this the perfect fluffy consistency and great taste. Probably make bigger portions because this one wasn’t enough big compared to a normal one but I would definitely do it again.
