I made these for Valentine's Day and used a silicone Heart Shaped mold from Michael's to get the shape! I placed into the freezer to set just in case).
I used regular oreos (the recipe calls for golden oreos, but the Samsung Food App just says 'oreos').
They turned out great! We added the powdered sugar to the cheesecake mix (it was more bitter/sour without the powdered sugar (icing sugar)).
I also put the lemon zest in with the sugar and Strawberries on the stove. It made the lemon flavor more pronounced!
