Very moist with a thin crunchy sugar crust! The cookies spread out a lot more than I expected so leave plenty of space been each cookie (my cookies were a lot flatter than the photo on the website). I used 113g softened butter and managed to make 36 cookies from 1 batch. It took about 30-40 minutes to bake :)
