Absolutely terrific. It really works well in the casserole dish. You get a higher rise than in a 13 x 9 baking sheet. With all three of the recipes, I added an extra 7 g of instant yeast with active starter. Very versa and a sure thing. I also did the mozzarella cheese and garlic butter and instead at the top with grape tomatoes, Kalamata, olives and rosemary, topped with additional garlic butter . I do well to cook in the center of the oven on a pizza stone.

I also made this recipe today following exactly would adding olives and tomatoes, soaked in olive oil, plus the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Very versatile and delicious.
