This recipe brought back memories of my grandmother and growing up here in Texas. Comfort food for sure! Slight adjustment for my family was additional seasoning bc otherwise it can be very bland.

I make mine differently every time. I usually make chicken broth with veggie scraps and chicken bones. Adding Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and Tony Chachere's makes it suitable for our taste.
