For the amount of times I've made these I honestly thought I'd left a review, but I hadn't, so here comes a rave...
These are SPECTACULAR. So, so good. Fluffy, melt-in-the-mouth, rich yet incredibly light and airy, when they're just out of the oven (and slathered with the suggested Cinnamon Butter), absolutely irresistible. They are also surprisingly easy to freeze and defrost and don't lose flavor or freshness in the process, depending on how quickly after baking you freeze them, and how airtight the container is. Another great advantage (for my crowd) is that this recipe makes a whole lot of buns. These have been a hit wherever they've been tried. Definitely a total winner.
