I had a disaster of a time with the biscuits. I should have made them much smaller. They needed MUCH longer to cook, and I didn't have the time to let them finish. I ended up having to attempt to scoop out what I could and bake for a little bit, before adding them back. I lost quite a bit of dough in the process. But what I salvaged was delicious. Will make again with what I've learned.
