On low it was done in four hours. Marinated chicken for 12hrs and it was very tender. ⅔ c. Freshly squeezed orange juice did not add an odd taste in my experience. Add a good amount of cilantro, put more seasonings over the veggies once adding to crockpot. Don't forget salt & lime.
Use Fresca uncooked flour tortillas because that's how a flour tortilla should taste. I'm looking at you, Mission, you nasty.

Marinade:
1 tbsp 🫒 oil, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp 🧄 powder, 1 tsp 🧅 powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tsp kosher 🧂, juice and zest of one lime. (I also add cilantro). Place chicken breasts in bag with marinade mixture, let sit in fridge 1hr—overnight.
Cut red 🧅 and 3 🫑into ½ inch thick slices.
In crockpot, add the 🐔, pour in ⅔ c. 🍊 juice and add the cut veggies. (I add more cilantro, seasonings & 🧂 here). Cover pot with lid, cook on HIGH 4-5hrs or until 165⁰ (I personally cook on low).
Remove 🐔 and slice into strips. Add a squeeze of half a lime.
