I've tried making focaccia a couple of times, always something turns out wrong (dough has no bubbles, bread is super dense, etc) so you would be forgiven for thinking this *easy* recipe would be the same... it isn't.
Gave this a go yesterday and topped with rosemary, sun-dried tomatoes and olives, and let me tell you, this focaccia was delicious! Perfectly risen, gorgeous bubbles, crispy on top and underneath but moist and airy inside. Thank you Lacey! My new go to.
