Flavors are good, really enjoyed it, but because I was using a video on YouTube with the same dish, slightly fewer ingredients, I would say a simpler process would be better. Cook the meat, simmer the veggies, add the milk and slurry, then the meat and later cheese and toppings. I'm not sure if it was me or if the recipe here just seemed a little convoluted in steps. Also, hello, am I blind? It said to use basil and parsley when I looked at the website. Otherwise, great flavors altogether. I even used a leftover white cheese pouch from a Mac n cheese skillet that had its Mac harvested for something else. Adds a pale color, but tastes great.
