Just mehhh... I tripled the sauce (the recipe only makes 1 serving, I was cooking for 3). I was expecting more flavor and the meat to be coated more, but no. :-( Was edible, sure, but don't know if I'll make THIS recipe again.

Anything you cook will taste bland if you don't sear your meat.
