Absolutely top nomato sauce recipe!
Since making this recipe a couple of days ago, I have now deleted all the other 'nomato' recipes I've have tried over the years. Yes, it's THAT good!
I made it in the instant pot (15 mins HP).
I then went on to make the lasagne recipe from the same chef and gave it to my new partner for dinner. He was extremely puzzled when I explained there was no tomatoes in it, especially after he'd seen the jar of "tomato" 😉 sauce I'd made earlier 😃
