It didn't work for me. I left the broccoli draining for hours and i had to add a ridiculous amount of flouerin order to grab the dough with hands. I didn't taste broccoli at all, only flour. Such a pitty

Ciao Mia, I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you. If your dough is very runny, next time you can simply scoop it out with a teaspoon and let the dough fall directly into some boiling water 🫶
