Fantastic. But time I would cut the salt back by a couple grams. (Or 3/4 tsp instead of 1.25 tsp). Used the king arthur youtube for this recipe for more visuals. The recipe on the flour pkg only calls for baking 8-12 min which I used since my broiler is less than 8” from the pizza in my oven. Great crust!!!
