This was so delish! Our family loves "bowl" meals where everyone can customize what they want on theirs especially with picky eaters in the house. I skipped making the guacamole and just left avocado cubed. The tilapia seasoning was really flavorful and just the right spicy. The cauliflower rice was so good (I just used frozen) When cooking fish, leave it alone to get a slight blackened crust. You could sub mango salsa with store bought, but I found super sweet in season mangos and it kind of made it. Only complaints - making all the various toppings took extra time and made for more dish clean up. Def not a one-pot meal but worth it!
