I thought it was pretty good. My husband hates the texture of shredded chicken so I cut the chicken into small bits and fried it on the stove (good nonstick pan, no oil added). I did not have as much salsa as it called for and I'm kinda glad. WHEN I make it again, I will add onions just before I roll the chicken mix in the tortillas and sprinkle some on top as well. The onions should be just tender by the time it's all done, but not caramelized at all. Also, don't forget to grease the pan. I didn't think they would stick, but they did.
