This was really enjoyable to make, the instructions are really easy to follow. As usual I changed a couple of things, I didn't have any ham, as it was Sunday I couldn't get any so substituted bacon, an inspired substitution. I used farmhouse pate (has a lot of mushroom in) instead of the mushrooms, just more flavour. Perfect way to make a nice piece of fillet steak go further.
