Anything with meat and veggies that my kids will eat is a win. I was surprised by the flavor and thought it was really good. Instead of fresh tomatoes, I used one can of Rotel tomatoes flavored with lime juice and cilantro. I did not add jalapenos because the Rotel tomatoes were spicy enough for me.
