Not a cake expert. Don’t know how to not get the crumbs in the frosting. Besides the way it looks this is the best carrot cake I’ve ever tried to make. I used yogurt instead of applesauce. And 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of other oil. Yum yum yum.
