this was fine tbh. i made it for work lunches and i had to throw the last serving away (it makes a LOT) i added balsamic like a lot of other people, i also added additional spices. i would probably experiment with a different type of pasta than tortellini because the cheese filling in addition to the mozzarella was a little heavy and kind of dampened the other flavors. mini tortellini may also resolve that issue too it's a good base point, but to make it again, i would probably make enough changes that it basically counts as a different recipe
