This was delicious and easy! Don't put too much dressing on it unless you LOVE vinegar. Can be prepared in advance if you leave the dressing off until you're ready to eat. Edit: I made the dressing with a pomegranate balsamic vinegar and it was divine! I also used a mix of pomegranate, vanilla date, and apple balsamic vinegars and it was also exquisite. 10/10
