Simple recipe but the time in in the oven was a bit off.. we are 3000 feet above sea level. I made a 5 minute less adjustment and the muffins were a bit dry. Next time I’ll start testing oneness at 12 minutes. However, the muffins were delightful with a bit of cream cheese or butter. I will certainly make this recipe again.
