It looks like it’s an original recipe and like gumbo but it’s Creole gumbo. I like Cajun gumbo but I have to admit you one of the few that I’ve found it really looks like they know what they’re talking about. I’m gonna modify this to a Cajun take out the tomatoes, etc. it looks really good.
