My dough was not near as sticky as the recipe/video even after adding additional water. I used white bread flour and I weighed it out. Finished bread was quite dense and I did follow recipe. It baked for 40 minutes and I even removed the lid the last 10 minutes. The photo tells the story. I may only try it one more time because it is easy, but the second try would have to be a lot better to keep the recipe.
