If making swiss steak gravy version without meat, it makes about a big glass Pyrex container worth (5 servings to put over mashed potatoes). I baked mine in an oil sprayed 9x13 glass pan, covered with aluminum foil, and aluminum foil underneath the pan on the oven rack below - it overflows and drips! Mine baked the same temp and time as usual.
