Not a fan of Dorito casseroles because the chips get soggy and/or hard when reheated. The meat mixture had great flavor and was probably the best I’ve had though. I added house seasoning to the meat because I always do and added black beans but otherwise followed the recipe. I would do just 2 layers instead of 3 though.
