Okay, in the end, this pie turned out great but I had some major issues with the written recipe. I love to bake but fruit pies are not my normal. If you make this recipe, DO NOT add the lemon juice directly to the butter, add it after the sugar and spices or you'll get a griddy mix, learned that the hard way and wished the recipe was more clear. Also, I was VERY concerned about the amounts...the lemon filling filled the entire crust...was only able to add half of the blueberry filling and like a 1/3 of the streusel topping, otherwise it was too full. It was very delicious though and won the crowd favorite at work for the pie contest.
Will make again, but this time way less sugar.
