Only had a 1/2 cup of milk left so I subbed the 3/4 remaining for water, added in nutmeg and cinnamon and vanilla, tasted wonderful.
Edit: These are my go-to pancakes. For a healthy substitute if you don’t have an egg: I used a chia/flax/hemp seed mixture, soaked 1 tsp of that in 3 tsp water for about 15 min and then added it in with the wet ingredients. I could have used a 1/4cup of apple sauce but I didn’t have any left. But the seeds give it more fiber, but also make them brown faster.
