The flavor was delicious. I prefer to make the pork chops but didn’t want to dirty another large pan just to sear them so I skipped the searing part. Had 4 pork chops but they were thick so we butterflied them and it made 8 pork chops - so next time I’d make double the sauce. And let the sauce simmer a bit more to make it thicker.
