Made quite a few subs to fit what I had in the pantry, but still really tasty.
Switched allspice and nutmeg for Chinese 5 spice and ginger. Same quantity.
Subbed fish sauce for Worcestershire.
Subbed Dijon for spicy grain mustard.
Subbed heavy cream for coconut milk.
Served with mash and broccoli. Thumbs up from my husband.
Also baked meatballs at 350 for 25 mins rather than pan fry.
