Tasty recipe, quick and easy, although I'd echo other reviewers who said too little paprika. Next time I'll increase the paprika (and perhaps also add a pinch of smoked paprika) and also skip the soy - enough umami in mushrooms alone, IMHO. Being in the UK I used chestnut mushrooms which have a richer flavour than whites. I added a pinch of thyme, which is always great with mushrooms. A quick whizz with a stick blender before serving brings out the flavour more. For Europeans, 1 US cup is approx 250ml or 0.5 pint.
