Maddie didn’t love. I could improve. Get the gnocchi very browned and crisp. Dark brown if possible. Use a lighter sausage maybe and def 12 oz or less of sausage. Drain it after browning. It still has a strong sausage spice taste. So maybe milder type would help. Also dill wasn’t ideal. Needs more cheese. Maybe use like 1/4 cup wine earlier cuz there was extra liquid in it at the end. Then more cream or half n half at end to make it creamy. Also don’t cook peas for 2-4 min. They overcooked.
