If i dont have active starter yeast..??how much instant or fresh yeast i could use

You'd have to experiment a bit, but probably add 50g of flour and 50g of water to the recipe (this replaces the starter), and start with 1/4tsp of yeast and follow the same rise time instructions. If you want it to rise more quickly you can also try adding more dry active yeast, up to 2 1/4 tsp. Let me know if you test it out!
