It was good, from what i could see from some pics and the instructions it would be too wet so drained the corn, black beans also added some home made beans with a thick Mollases sauce. Didn't add the salsa to limit the excess liquid. Skipped the taco seasoning and instead made my Memphis BBQ rib rub for the chicken. Cooked for 45mins same temp but dumped the tin foil after 25 mins to avoid more liquid. Came out really good, not too much liquid which is good.
Best part im ripping some seriously sour farts now and I love it.
