it was my first time baking a cheesecake and to my surprise, the process wasn’t too challenging!! i baked this gorgeus looking cheesecake for my mom as a birthday gift and she absolutely loved it★彡
it turned out soft and fluffy, the flavor was dense but not too ‘heavy’. i also added some star sprinkles and strawberries on top instead of blueberries~
