@prinny i just blended all the wet ingredients toghether then mixed in the dry with a spoon or whisk. I put the batter in the muffin tray, then added frozen berries in top (probably less than the recommended amount, a few berries on top of each muffin). Cooked at 180 degrees celsius, 35-40 minutes, fan oven. Other than that followed the exact quantities.
If interested about blood sugar, i can confirm I got a very low blood sugar after eating 1 and a half muffins. You can eat 2 no problems, maybe even more.
