I made 8 large meatballs using 500g of mince beef 1/2 the amount of salt and the rest of the recipe as is.
If you like a bolder flavour paprika and chilli would go well. Even a chilli cheese would be great. I served it with pasta aglio e olio
Needs to be a fattier mince over a leaner as mine felt a little dry at 5%
